I don't think you will get many visitors. Not only is it far from population, but the road to the top is gated with lots of 'No Trespassing' signs.
That can be a good thing. There's nothing like waking up at sunrise in a glass house only to see some "visitor" coming up to visit. Burley Mountain had no tower so the trap door could not be locked shut.

Oh my gosh! I wonder what happened to the woman ( I do not recall her name) who has been the fire lookout there for quite a few years.
Even the external buildings (outhouse, shower) were signed as "Women's" because of her long-standing presence there.
I believe Rex Kamstra was the fire lookout there before her.
