When you are asked to name a lake it reminds me of my travels here in Idaho. I am a goatpacker and have packed in gear for the F & G into the trailless lakes of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area. The four, week long trips I took from 96 thru 99 resulted in evaluating about 120 lakes and ponds of which only 8 had names. Dig out a map of Idaho and you will see that the SNRA is easily accessible from Boise. What does this have to do with WA? Only that I lived and hiked in Wa for 29 years and will share some of my info. Anyone interested in planning a rugged back country trip here can contact me and I'll share what I know. That includes you, Damian. BTW, in those 4 years, I and The two F & G guys saw 5 people in 28 days, George
