Travelled up FS 62 at Proctor Creek to check out if anything had been done to repair the massive washout that took out the main road and the road leading up to the trailhead for Mt. Persis.
Good news.
The main road has been repaired and the repair of the road leading to the trailhead is underway. This will certainly make the attempt at Persis alot easier for those who do not wish to scramble up the washout.
