WA & OR Rec Pass
Since the Washington & Oregon Recreation Pass is built on the Golden Eagle Passport or the National Parks Pass with a hologram, it is valid at any national park. The hang tag simply makes either of these passes work in Washington and Oregon. Hope that helps.

...$250.95 for all the passes and permits necessary to hike wherever you want in the state....
But if you are a mining company they'd give you 100 acres along with your access for the same price. Plus we the taxpayers get to clean up the mess. Talk about adding insult to injury. I thought we were the 'public' in public lands.

So where can I NOT go with the $85 Washington & Oregon Recreation Pass?..
As it turns out none of the my local state parks are included. (Lime Kiln, Moran, marine parks) Since I visit several times a week this pass is useless for me. Technically i would need the $50 annual state pass plus the moorage pass plus the $65 fed pass. Practically I park 1/4 mi down the road and walk or anchor out. Nicer hike and fewer people. I'd buy the pass if it included all the state parks. As it stands I'll have to go see my lawyer to sort this mess out.

I got a ticket today at Eagle Creek trailhead. I don't even know which pass (es) I should have had. No more mister nice guys. Good news is my car didn't get clouted. Since the gov't is frequenting the parking lots now, can we expect security from them?
