I started blogging about my hiking/backpacking adventures and sharing my mostly paleo (gluten, dairy, soy free) no stove backpacking meals over at Must Hike Must Eat if anyone is interested!

You don't find yourself standing at the top of a mountain without having started out in the valley.

I just stumbled across your blog. Awesome snowshoe reports! I'll have to try (several) of them before the season ends wink.gif. I'm working on my own website as a side project -- still in conception really (I am a dev for work so...it seems fitting I should make a website for hiking). We start to collect all of this data and experience. It only seems right to share it!

Thank you! The site really is a labor of love and a way to get a bunch of pictures/ideas off my computer. Got tired of friends telling me I should share my trips and recipes. I've learned so much and met a lot of really great, like-minded people. Glad to hear I was able to give you a few snowshoeing ideas. As a developer, you will probably have a much easier time than I with the technical aspect of designing a site!
