Anyone have a good optometrist in the Kirkland/Redmond/Bellevue area? My optometrist is in downtown Seattle and I don't work down there any more, so it's rather inconvenient.

The one time I went to an optometrist was when I was in high school (about 7 years ago) and got my first pair of glasses. Just reading glasses. But I went to Sears over in Overlake (on 148th and Bel-Red Road) and got my exam, my glasses, and I'm still using the same pair. I don't know who the doctor was, but my glasses still serve me well. Hope that helps!

Just where is it I can find beaver, bear, and other critters that are worth cash money when skint?

Mine is in Tukwila. He's a bit inconvenient for me, but he's awesome so I still go to him. Just in case, his name is Dr. James Simmons at Eye 5 Optical.

I've gone to Eye Associates in the Totem Lake area (are there any totems in Totem Lake?). I'm not sure if I have the right prescription because I always think I see the trailhead parking lot when I'm actually nowhere near it.

Dr. Kerry Atkins at Eyedentity in Kirkland is pretty good. Low key and if you need glasses or contacts he's got a good selection or can order what you need. Also as a plus you can go next door to Sarducci's and get a great sub. agree.gif
