I didn't think it would be that quick.
I'm guessing because next pic in flickr stream mentions Fernow. Looks like a fun area to explore.
Haha, you caught me. I'm generally aware of that area too though because I've been wanting to check out the potholes north of Fernow for a while.

Looks like Panorama lake.

That's a really good guess but not sure it's it.

Here's one from the archives. Alas, no luck getting a trout to swallow my hook either.

Not Panorama, although it does look kind of similar. Further North.

OK, that was a tough one. Probably not as hard as it was to get to though! Quartz Lake (north of Goblin). Thought it would be easy to find on aerials due to the unique topography but it's mostly snow covered. Funny thing is I looked at Goblin last night before throwing in the towel.

Correct! Yes it is a fun one to get to. Not sure if we took the easiest route or not, but it was interesting.

Looks like one of the cutthroat lakes.

Looks like but no cutthroat here. Had rainbows, went sterile, has rainbows again. 1/4 mile inside NCNP.

There shouldn't be any fish in that one right now. But it should get some soon. Hopefully.
