Dates edited:July 8-17 is the plan. Looking for a companion for all or part of this fishing/rafting lake hopping. Details: Doing a similar route as last year Delta, Otter, Asurite, Asure, etc... Will be on and off trails so experience and gear, male, sorry, it's a married thing. I'm 59 so I keep it under 5 miles a day but can be strenuous. I have an extra Alpaca scout raft but they can be tricky so again, experience and common sense. I'm good going alone but if I could find the right person to trek with is nice even though I really love the remote and solitude places. Have Backpacked with several guys on this forum and still do. Has worked out great. Hard to get time available I know, love them mountains. I bumped it ahead a week for more favorable conditions, but I'm flexable

Really? Not much to it with a raft.

I've done it alone several times also, being safe on the water is the main concern.

We rafted Otter to the outlet of Azurite. Don't remember which side of the outlet but don't recall any difficulties.

Quality pack raft also. I've worried about losing my gear up there. But a quality raft and staying closer to shore , lanyard, the raft isn't all of a sudden going to deflate.

Awesome trip, glad I went solo, always do need solo trips to clear my head and bring real life back into focus smile.gif
