I have been careing for a black female cat that is not mine but was left behind by another party. It is roughly 11-12 years old and had major problems in the hind quarters. Hardly able to walk or use the litter box. Today she passed over the rainbow. I don't believe I will be getting another.
Poor kitties! I don't know what I would do without mine. My tuxedo make is 14 now and doing good, knock on wood. I also inherited my Mom's 2 cats since she passed away. The way my family is, the cats are about all I will have left, but then they are family too.
