I'm over here on the other coast visiting family in Branford, Connecticut. Last night while driving back from a fierce game of Go Fish with mom, sister and brother, the moon looked amazing looming over Long Island Sound.
The reflection on the sound was vast and reminded us of a scene from Jaws, the one with the reflection of the moon and the lone swimmer...
Last night's moon wasn't even full. I just read tonight is the actual Strawberry Super Moon!
Maybe tonight's floodlight in the sky will be good enough to spot horseshoe crabs in the seagrass?!
