It's been a few years since I have been up the road (NF 136) heading toward Lake Lillian and Rampart Ridge. Is it still brushy? I would like to drive up there but it's always been brushy. I am not too keen on scratching up the sides of my truck. My guess is that it's the same if not worse. But hey, maybe somehow it got brushed out. ~z

I was up there last month, it was clipped back enough such that my Forester never got scratched. The spot where the creek is crossing the road is starting to get pretty eroded though. There was a Prius in front of me that had to get really strategic to cross it. Not that that will be a problem at all for someone in a truck.
