It was 1am'ish and I was headed home from working the night shift. I stopped in a gas station on 105th and 99 and encountered something strange.
I had paid for my things, walked out to my car, got in and immediatly saw someone rushing up to my rig in the rear view mirror so I immediatly locked my door.
In an instant I both heard either him trying my door or a knock on it as I waved and slowly drove towards, then onto 105th.
"What just happened?" I though.
That's the last time I go to that place at 1am'ish for Pringles and Diet Pepsi! Plus they had no variety of chips. Lol
Thankfully No,
I had some guy pull a knife on me once (when I was very young) as I was getting out of my car in a parking lot but I just pulled the door shut and drove away. Not sure just what his motives were but I wasn't going to hang around to find out.
Glad to hear you exited the scene without incident. It is sad but I agree you have to assume the worst in that situation.
Gas stations are super dangerous..seen a pic of a guy that had his gun out holding it by his side, as he pumped gas ..very smart for late at night...
Did you call it In as attempted carjacking so the cops responded quickly .and prevent that jerk from trying to rob someone else??
