I was on National forest land today up the South fork of the Snoqualmie. I talked with a FS enforcement officer about campfires on the South fork. He said the Forest Service for that area didn't have a campfire ban. My question is does King County's fire band mean "no fires" in the National Forest on the South fork?
Side note: Lots of trash left on Tinkham road.

FWIW: The South Fork between Exit 38 and Exit 52 isn't covered by any King County fire protection district.
The DNR lists the area as currently under IFPL Level 2 "Partial Hootowl" where industrial activities are limited to 8AM to 1PM

I don't think county bans apply to federal land like national parks or forests.

There is a Fire District that covers that area, I was a member of it for 20 years and responded to all kinds of incidents in that area however they don't have the authority to impose a burn ban on Federal lands
