Could very well be, Subbie drivers are usually low key hikers, tree hugger, yuppie types...they do speed to and from hikes, but typically aren't bad people.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

Very sad to take a life over nothing. Cell phone data should ID suspects.

It sounds like a Subaru is involved in the Nakia Creek fire

The vehicle was not stolen. And it turns out it mat not have been a Subaru. Please don't post things on here that you know nothing about. I'm not saying you specifically. They SUV came out of nowhere and tried to run them off the road. The driver is the one that showed his gun and shot into the vehicle

No it wasn't reported that the suspect vehicle was ahead of them. He was at one point then fell back cuz the victim vehicle was slowing down trying to get away from him. The suspect vehicle slowed down and the driver sh## at the victim vehicle, killing a passenger

Because it was my family. And there were several witnesses. Not just the victim vehicle

Sorry for your loss. Seems strange it would have played out as a completely random act of violence. I would think the media and/or authorities would be reporting it differently than they have if it were so.

Not sure how the car not being stolen can be stated definitively, but the make and model is unclear?

I received a picture of the young lady. I sure hope they find the person responsible.

Very sorry for your loss. What an awful thing. Hopefully, the witnesses will help in ID and the btard will pay a heavy price for the rest of it's life. Be sure to sue all parties also.
