FYI that the full loop is currently impassable due to a downed tree about a mile NE of Barlow Pass. Snow was roughly 6-8" deep at 2200' where we turned around, but tire tracks made travel feasible. Lots of debris covering the roadway on the loop south of Darrington, with downed trees covering half the road. Wouldn't be surprised if it closed for the season soon.
Sign east of granite states it's closed at Barlow pass, not sure if the Deer creek gate is closed, they were clearing downed trees past the gate yesterday.
