A warning about Thanksgiving already from Portland. The Spokane office was right on about our recent snowstorm. I suspect the drawing means rain for us as well? Just a heads up, but the Climate Prediction Center has issued a slight risk for heavy precipitation across much of Oregon & Washington between Sunday Nov 20th & Thursday Nov 24th. This includes the risk for heavy snow across the Cascades in that period. It's usually wise to pay attention to the forecast if you plan to travel across mountain passes this time of the year, but this could be particularly important leading up to and during Thanksgiving this year.

What's especially fun about sock puppets is that you can make each one unique and individual, so that they each have special characters. And they don't have to be human––animals and aliens are great possibilities
