There are multiple trails that lead to Poo Poo point, some are equestrian friendly, unlike the the Chirco Trail.

Not specifically for that location. However, I can report on good authority that it does not take much - real or imagined - to spook a horse.

I visited Parma Italy a few years ago. They are famous for their horse meet recipes. Not bad. I also used to work in the Scapegoat Wilderness. We had to dispose of a hose carcass up at the top of Pyramid pass one day. We used dynamite. Didn't get any on me but it was close.
