I was at Lees Ferry/Grand Canyon for a week and a half in late February and the storm cycle was notably active, wet and intense. Condolences to the friends, family and surviving hiker. RIP deceased hikers.

Hey Eric, are there any resources you'd recommend for up-to-date info on stream flows & current conditions in the San Rafael Swell and Escalante regions? As I mentioned via PM, I'm planning to head back down to Utah & GCNP after March Madness wraps up.

I like those precipitation sites I sent you. USGS has a bunch of streamflow gages, see list below. It's late here I'll take another look tomorrow. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/ut/nwis/current/?type=flow https://waterdata.usgs.gov/ut/nwis/rt

We hiked to the confluence of Buckskin Gulch and Paria Canyon last year on May 22 and posted a report here. The video looks like Paria as Buckskin was more narrow. There was a rescue when we were there with a happier conclusion (lost hiker found). It is a wonderful place I cannot imagine going in there with the present weather. RIP
