Joined by Eric E, and Greg K. 4304' / 1089' prominence Started at 10:00am. Used Steven Song's route description which he did a couple weeks ago. I thought the directissama from the south would have been avalanchy...so we did the long route... from the north. The beginning was awful with a lot of downed small trees and that transition snow of maybe two inches on steep duff--frustrating up and down. Eric E. of course led most of the way. The route is not difficult and is out of avalanche terrain. You do have to do some little weaving around rock outcroppings along the way and I did not think it was difficult to decide to go left or right. Came across the the Dog Dildo on the false summit. The true summit has no real views. 8 hours round trip.
