I bought this last year and only ended up using it for two nights. It's quite comfortable but I found I prefer to sleep in a tent instead of my car. I used it in a 2022 Subaru Forester. Includes the mattress, footwell filling blocks, carrying bag, patch kit, and inflation pump.
