Hi gang,
Still looking for one of the early MSR white pumps, working or not. I located a couple prototype or limited build pumps a few years ago for my large stove collection, purported to be from Larry Penberthy's stuff. They have the washer and spring setup for the check valve. The one(s) I need are of the style of the later MSR pumps with the C/V inside the pump tip. Thank you.

I finally found a white pump to go with my early white pumps. Great! I even got it to work properly, the seller said it would not shut off all the way, I figured out all it needed was a oring in the valve. Three model 9's in my collection now.
If I could be so lucky now to find a metal pump that came first.
