This past year, I have been slowly working on a trail cookbook that complements my website. Most of the recipes in the book are new and not on my site, and all are aimed at being easy and good tasting. (Yes, taste testing is such a hard life...)

We are offering it in two versions: "perfect bound" paperback style and a ring binding 'lie flat' version.
We are selling via our storefront on our publishers website. The pb cover is also on sale thru Amazon.com.

I use in winter the outdoor pipe insulator that Marszit made for me (it has a hard shell, and sits flat), in spring/fall I use an AntiGravityGear soft one, made of Reflectix material. In summer I was using an Orisoka dish if it was warmer than 75* and didn't have to worry about cooling off the food.
Not that I collect gear or anything by the bushels
