Hey, focus here, folks: focus. I know that very few threads I start are interesting, but humor me and tell me about your GORP. Detroit City was popular with the soul singers of the 60's. Soloman Burke did it. Interesting that it was also popular with the country singers; Faron Young sang it, and maybe Bobby Vinton, but not sure. Tom Jones did a version of it as well. But this has nothing to do with GORP.

The only reason to add coconut is to have something to feed the chipmunks. I like to add pumpkin seeds, chopped dried pears & apricots, croutons, and almonds. go easy on the sunflower seeds. doesn't the vodka evaporate? wouldn't it be better as a side dish?

This the year!!
