No worky.
BTW - I bet the Granite Falls Fishladder would be a great place to observe the carnage.

Wow. Thank you JimK. SF - it took me a couple of tries (with a pause in between) to get to see it. I'm sort of glad now that the Milk Creek bridge over the Suiattle wasn't replaced this fall assuming the same deluge is happening in that area.

Jim! Awesome! Thanks!
I never even thought of posting video from my camera up on YouTube / Google Video. That's a great use of the feature!

Has that old retaining wall that's a mile or so past the sign that says "Don't go here" fallen in the river yet or is it still standing?

I know some of the guys who were involved with that video by proxy. Damned lucky they didn't get squished. Impressive gash in the hillside now too (easy to get to if anyone wants to see).

Here's another. Ever cross the bridge by the Mt. Pilchuck Road and look down at all the gravel with the little river flowing in the middle? It looked a little different today. The river crested at 24 feet about 4:00 pm. By 10:00 pm it was down to the it's flood level of 14 feet near Granite Falls.
