Safeway Select mashed potatoes make a good side dish for anything coming off the grill. Half a dozen varities. Au gratin is the best so far. Bulky, like Cup of Noodles, but would probably work if transferred to a baggy and made in your own pot.

i usually just mix up my own instant mashed (betty crocker potato buds) with powdered milk, garlic, parmesan, etc. and squeeze parkay on the side..

Instant mashed taters rock when mixed with Lipton's onion soup. Instant rice with Knorr's minestrone and pouched chicken beats any of the freeze dried stuff I've tried.

bread, summer sausage and squeeze cheese. Freeze dried is too expensive! cup o noodles is a nice addition as well biggrin.gif WB
