Maybe Sun Top or Mt Catherine, or something else within a two-hour radius of Seattle. Have car and Sno-Park permit; anyone want to join?

Anybody been up to Suntop recently? I'm wondering how much of that is really a showshoe at this point. I remember I did this last February and they had the snow park closed because of downed trees and you pretty much had snow on the road all the way from the highway.

I'd hold off if we could get the bad weather to hold off as well :-)

Couldn't find any recent trip reports. But neither the FS nor the Sno-Park sites list any issues (last update mid-December, status: "snow"). Worst case you need to walk an extra 2 x 1.5 miles and all the snow will have turned to slush...
