Whole roast chicken. Into the covered roasting pan I added some pearl onions and baby potatoes. There was a side dish of broccoli and we washed it down with lemonade that was blended with a healthy ration of strawberries. All veggies and berries fresh from the garden. Simple, quick and oh so tasty. chow.gif
