Hi.
Great forum.
How do I search for a phrase here, such as, for example, "Lake Washington", w/out getting tons and tons of useless hits?
Thanks!

If you get too many hits, make sure to select the option to show the search results as topics instead of posts. You can also search only in topic titles. Unfortunately Lake and Washington are very common words, and you can't search by phrase.

Use Google and add site:nwhikers.net to your search. To search for a phrase, enclose the phrase in double quotes.
Example: to search for pages on nwhikers.net with the two phrases "lake washington" and "green lake", type the following in the Google search box:
"lake washington" "green lake" site:nwhikers.net
