I don't post very much, usually because we are out exploring our mountains all the time, however, I get on here almost everyday. So although I've never met any one here and when I saw this the first guy that popped into my head was Schroder! This was at one of the many gravel pits out here just north of Bon Jon Pass: edit to give context, they were practicing and if you can see the pilot had 1 wheel on the rock outcropping while they were in and out hovering. I have a video but I can't seem to upload it.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." ~Mark Twain

That is cool! The closest I’ve come to seeing a helo in the wild was when one landed at the parking lot at Snoqualmie.

For a good time call: 1-800-SLD-ALDR.
