The state and WDFW being in the "gambling biz" is nothing new (i.e. Lotto and various special hunt lotteries). bored.gif

Good way of bringing in da $$$$. I don't really see where theres any harm in this. Although we could get into all the bs associated with this branch...another place maybe dizzy.gif
