Has anyone else been following Russ Cook as he tries to run the length of Africa?
He's been pumping out ultramarathon after ultramarathon in all sorts of environments and cultures and it's been awesome to follow. Plus the production quality of the videos has been consistently great throughout the whole series. He's over 13,000 kilometers into the trip and is currently running through the Sahara with intentions to finish in Tunisia in April.
There have been like 80 published vlogs now and today marks day 320 of the trip. He also posts updates on Strava; yesterday alone he busted out 45 miles: https://www.strava.com/athletes/22704023
