I'd heard a few of her other songs. Usually more synth pop, the guitar in this one adds a different element.

Sure glad I kept all my own records and still acquiring more. Found Jimmy Buffets Changes in attitudes, changes in latitude last week for buck and a half, in great shape too. I see where Walmart is selling albums now, Fleetwood Mac Rumours, $21.99

Having a flashback to high school days (in the 60's). Can never forget the opening drumbeat

Listened to the full album of Widowspeak's recent release The Jacket on You Tube. Just hits such a nice groove, good chill music.

I'm borrowing a couple of Turnpike Troubadours cds from the library. I like pretty much every song. Like I thought about them before, it's country but it rocks.

My buddies got me into metal during the mid 80s (much to the chagrin of my parents!). For whatever reason we really weren't into the band Dio. I heard probably 2 of their songs on the radio--Holy Diver and Rainbow in the Dark. Otherwise I didn't really know their stuff. It's dawned on me lately that Ronnie James had some great pipes, probably one of the best vocalists of that era. I also only recently found out that he replaced Ozzy in Black Sabbath, didn't realize they had another vocalist after him. I've been hearing him on Pandora and SiriusXM these days, here's one of the songs that jumped out at me. It takes off at about a minute in.

Whoa, didn't expect this. Alison Krauss has done 2 albums with Robert Plant, that duo works a lot better than you might think. Now she's doing guest vocals on 2 tracks on Def Leppard's new album.
