One more pic ... this was taken by Eric Hoffman and is a great winter shot (I'm not sure he had heard of the "Wilmans Gnome" before, however) ... And you can clearly see the deep snow on the bunker ledge area of the Comet mine. It's a wonder the bunker lasted as long as it did. The routes correspond to the color-coding of the previous aerial view ... CK
