While Gusto was playing in the snow....Little Luis, the Mighty Mountain Chihuhua actually did some hiking on the road to Kendal Peak Lakes. redface.gif I'm sure he prefers the sling to cold paws.....but he was a good sport anyway. hockeygrin.gif

We thought we had run into Luis yesterday on the Kendall Peak Lakes road, but the man said another name instead. Kathyb even called out to the man asking if it was Luis. Anyway, it was a might cute little chihuahua in a blue jacket moving pretty quickly up the road as we were coming out. Of course, Kathyb's Jack Russell and my Sheltie had to try to make friends with him also. We didn't see you up there yesterday - too bad.

Oh, that Red Mountain. Nice pics. Nice way to spend Valentines Day.

ditto.gif Numerous mini-bowls of various aspects just below the summit ridge. The clear cut stump slalom down low can be challenging in low snow conditions. eek.gif

Too bad we missed you! We were there on Saturday, and Luis was wearing his gold coat.

Stepping through the little ditch along the road and onto its surface Jim was hit with severe leg and arm cramps, trapping him in the ditch. We of course had a deadline to get this report published so we pushed on. If anyone is heading up there in the near future pack an extra sandwich for him.
Anyone hear from JimK after his post from the ditch last night? confused.gif
