We hiked to Lake Lillian after work yesterday. Great night for a hike. Just a few bugs. Here are some pictures. http://picasaweb.google.com/tlake.ibm

Thanks T. A good status report for the area.

I can't believe there is still so much snow and the lake is largely iced. It's not even five grand and south facing, and it's July.

Don't suppose you took the back door and could provide a road status update?

I came in from the bottom. A Suburu can make it easy. It has little brush on sides of road from where you turn right to go the corner where trail head is located. Brush was rubbing the sides of my 87 toyota pickup but it did not move the mirrors.
