I am looking to buy a security camera that I can monitor from my I-phone 8 when I am away from home. There are so many options so asking what has worked well for you and of course I want to spend as little as possible.

Go placidly amid the noise and waste, and remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.

We've had several Blink cameras (now owned by Amazon) for years that work well. They are small and easy to setup. Two AA batteries last about a year, depending on number of triggers. The downside is that now there is a monthly fee for storage of the videos online. We purchased them long enough ago to have free storage grandfathered in.
