My cousin and I headed up to Watson Lakes while my husband was running the Baker Lake 50k. We figured we would have enough time to do the hike and be back before he finished the run. It was cloudy and bit drizzly but still a great day for a hike. The trail is really nice. Well maintained with quite alot of boardwalk in some places. You can hike to Anderson lakes from this trail head too.

This raven followed us for a couple of miles. Wonder what he was thinking?

There are some great camping areas near the lakes. I am planning an overnighter here soon smile.gif up.gif And I made it back in time to watch my husband finish. Boy was he tired!

Cool! Those were on my list for this year, but I didn't get there. Nice to see what they look like.
