Likely White Chuck. Mike, where did you take that photo from? Looks like a very cool place.

Ok, Whitechuck seems right. Ditto Big Bear, Liberty and Bullon. Couple other questionable. Photo taken 48.450, -122.995

This is what peakfinder says. Not much help on the background peaks. Interesting to note that I should be seeing Mt Stuart midway between Baring and Index. Gonna go look... I'll try to get a little higher. Pic is from sealevel.

Climbing Pilchuck Feb. 2012, low snow year, gate open and road clear to the PL, likely that won't happen again, even in low snow years they close the gate at a set time I think.
See Forest Gnome in the photo, he is on the right taking a pic, can hardly see the little guy, lol.

So looking at peakfinder I should be able to see Mt Stuart.
And the sun currently is rising behind it! So I went back and checked my photos... sure enough, there it is. Never would have thought possible. This is from sea-level too. I'll go check from higher ground next time I can see the eastern horizon. Typically we get the "gray band" to the east...and north...and west smile.gif e.g.
