I drove down to the St Helens area Sunday to hike and bike a few low land prominence peaks, leaving my house at 4am to make the 3 hr drive south so I could get back by before dinner. The weather was cool with a dull overcast but it was dry all day. I road and pushed my bike up Lakeview and Green enjoying the quick rides down both. The other two peaks were short walks. A few pictures are included
1. Davis Peak: 2955 feet. Top 200 Prominence peak (1835ft): ~1 mi road walk rt and ~400 ft gain.
2. Lakeview: 3868 feet. 2K Prominence peak (2188ft) and GPP – Cowlitz County: 5 mi rt, 1000ft gain.
3. Speelyai Ridge: 1378 feet. Prominence: 858 ft. road to near top.
4. Green Mountain: 2062 feet. GPP – Green County). Prominence: 1462 ft: 4 mi rt, 650 ft gain.
