Yes, overall it looks like you are making a good attempt at taking time to align your information with the associated land manager regulations. Some ideas:
For many of your "Dogs: yes" trails, you should state that leashes are required right in the table after "yes". In case folks do not take time to scroll to the bottom.
A number of other "Horse: yes/no" trails are incorrect.
