A nice set of recipes
The Omelet Bites with Onions turned out very well.
This will now be a standard part of the repertoire along with other recipes from the Backpacking Chef (whose Chili and Mexican Rice I adore)
I do the Yogurt Drops as after dinner snacks.
I was just checking out some of the recipes (many of which look quite good) and found one for "Omelet bites" which is identical to the recipe with the same name developed by "The backpacking chef" (see link). So it appears these recipes are not unique but have been assembled from other sources.
I'll confess! I was looking for Omelet Bites - since the recipe is not online in the Backpacking Chef and was led to this site. Since there were a huge# of recipes, I decided to post the site as a PSA.
