Looking for partner(s) for a trip to Snoqualmie lake leaving early morning 6/12 and coming back the next day. I’m an experienced backpacker, 26 year old male. Happy to take someone out who is new to backpacking but reasonably fit, I have some extra gear. Maybe we will get along and plan some other trips this summer?

Just curious -- are you planning to approach from Hwy 2 or the Middle Fork? Either way, I think you're likely to encounter snow (probably more if coming in from Hwy 2).

Good question, Middle Fork.
I'm thinking it will be melted out enough, recent TR says some campsites by the lake are already snow free.

Last time I was up there, I had come in from Hwy 2 (in June, a few years ago). Bear and Deer lakes had a fair amount of snow. Snoqualmie had some patches of snow and some slushy areas, but I did find a dry spot to camp. There's certainly a mix of spots up there. If the weather is nice, it can get pretty crowded on the weekends.
