I contacted Hilleberg regarding a tent that was out of stock on their website. Their response was to contact a US online affiliate since they had recently shipped them tent I wanted. . Hilleberg acknowledged that the tent I wanted did not show up on their "partners" website.
After a few hours of hitting the "refresh" button, the tent I wanted showed up and I was able to purchase it.
Kudos to Hilleburg's customer service!
A benefit of a family-owned company. The North American headquarters is in Redmond, WA and you can drop in and talk to Petra Hilleberg, the current co-owner.
I've taken a tent to the Redmond office for service. They were super friendly and helpful, repaired a zipper and shipped the tent back to me within a week or so. No charge for anything. Their tents are expensive, but they stand behind them.
