The Washington Alpine Club is organizing a: Spring Self Rescue Clinic If you care about yourself, and about your partner, don't go climbing without this set of skills. You may find yourself in a state of desperation on an unfortunate day and having these skills and knowledge will be key to safely navigating the situation. But the techniques and skills taught will also benefit you in your everyday climbing; you will climb with more confidence, knowing that even if things go south, you can take care of whatever may come your way. BONUS: When you're back at the camp, you can show off your skills of tying a Munter-Mule-Overhand one-handed while sipping your well-deserved beverage.
