Thanks for that link to the WDFW map, Bramble_Scramble. I've used their web site before and it is a goldmine of lake information. Having the ArcGIS layer is great - makes me I wish I had an ArcGIS subscription so I could integrate this with the 10' King County contours. puzzlr, thanks for the KML file, I'll check it out! Indeed, the elevation in my list is color coded from low to high: dark green->light green->light blue->dark blue. Sort of a gimmick, but it helps see the low vs. high lakes at a glance.
