104' F, 5 rattlers, 1 sow, 1 cub, 2 Golden Eagles, 1 Bald Eagle, 1 heat stricken wife, a million great views and 2 total other people. This is not the same hike in August as it is in April. Yes I am trainable (barely).

How warm was it on the trail? Bold of you to hike the trail in August! Hope you cooled down in the lake each day.

The Chelan lakeshore trail in August? A brave endeavor indeed! One of the main challenges on the lakeshore trail anytime of the year is finding access down to the lake!
