I try to resist a minimus binge every year and fail. I've noticed that some of the condiments change color after being in the pack, hot truck, or perhaps just storage. Chalula seems to turn yellow or green. Sriracha, green. And I've for sure noticed campsuds changing from green to yellow, resulting in confusion like "um, did I accidentally bring dish soap and not campsuds?" I'm no dummy and don't eat condiments that are obviously spoiled. But anyone else notice this, and is it heat or sunlight?
