We have been told by our guides and confirmed on line that The Clymb has executed an assignment for benefit of creditors. That means all of its parts have been assigned to a company that will try to sell them to satisfy creditors. If you bought anything from them you are probably an unsecured creditor. This includes trips. You may receive a claim form. They have let go all employees. Luckily for us our guides have already received payment but others are not so lucky. This is merely what I have learned and not a legal opinion.
