I was camping at White River for a few days and ran up to Summerland with 360 camera in hand. It was a beautiful day and this was a good leg stretcher after my Wonderland circuit. My main objective was to capture the video as I'm still contemplating the uses. I think ultimately 360 video is best suited for a VR headset, so implementing it on a flat screen becomes more problematic. I authored one video using split screen in 4K, and I've had some friends weigh in on split screen...some don't like it, some do. I authored a shorter version at 1080, pointing the camera for the viewer. Just like anything else, fiddling with 360 video can be over used, like authors who use a different transition on every shot. Consider these more demo pieces and weigh in if you wish, I'm still fiddling.
