I was standing outside the Buzz Inn in GFalls tonight and looking south toward Monroe we saw at least 4 pretty big lightning strikes, seemed a bit weird considering the cool, damp conditions. I commented to some friends that maybe God was angry with some people down that way and was trying to take them out.

Will be interesting to see how the silt affects the river in the area. Over on the Carlton Complex fire after it was out the rains came and sent a bunch of silt down Benson creek. It ended up killing a lot of fish from the creek downstream.
Hopefully the USFS roads won't get washed out as they are never if at all repaired in a timely manner due to budget constraints.
I Hope they won't go so far as to restrict access like they did in the Entiat fire when the road was closed for several years. Besides Eagle cr road / Barclay lk road there isn't alot of access side roads.
